The development history of ISRIHT has four phases:

The second phase: From 1999 to 2005, the phase of ideological transformation and reform.

The second stage: 1999-2005, the phase of contemplation and reform.

The third phase: From 2006 to 2010, the period after the joint venture, involving the integration and blending of Chinese and Western management, technology, and cultures.

The fourth phase: From 2011 to the present, the phase of rapid enterprise development.
